Heroes of Our Nation

First and foremost, this pin’s background color is blue. Blue is the color of loyalty and veterans are loyal heroes who fought for the country. In addition, this pin’s border color of red represents the bravery and passion that veteran’s experience when serving our country. Moreover, the words on the border are Nation’s Heroes. These words were chosen because all veterans are heroes who have fought for our country. Furthermore, the six stars and their colors represent the six branches of the military which are the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Space Force. Finally, the centerpiece of this pin is a red poppy with a black center. Red poppies are a symbol used to remember those who have given their lives in order to fight for their country. As you can see, every piece of this pin was made to represent and honor veterans.
