My shield was inspired by a comic superhero Captain America and his shield. The symbol in the middle of the shield signifies gratitude and the red, white, and blue represents the American flag. Thank you veterans for fighting for our freedom and future. This shield reminds us about what the United States of America stands for and what you soldiers have done.
