Thank you ALL Veterans

My pin shows the silhouette of four soldiers saluting. Their silhouettes are in front of an American flag and the words “Thank You For Your Service.” I chose these words because I think they are simple and important. The first person on my pin is the silhouette of a man saluting. It is to honor all the men who are serving or have served. Next, there is a person in a wheelchair saluting. I think when talking about veterans, it is important to be inclusive, and many veterans have physical injuries, and a wheelchair was the easiest way to represent that. Next, I have a dog, because dogs serve in the military too, and they don’t get recognition. Lastly, I have a woman, and that shows tribute to different types of veterans.
