Thank You Veterans

My pin is red, white, and blue because the American flag is these colors. Our veterans served for our country and we should honor their colors. My pin is a white heart because I love veterans and I'm very grateful for everything they've done. My pin says “Thank You” because if they didn’t serve we wouldn't be here today doing what we do and having freedom. The “Thank” is blue and the “You” is red. It is simple but something doesn't have to be intricate to be honored. Some veterans served but never had to go into war. They signed up knowing that dying or getting seriously hurt was a possibility. They wanted us to have freedom and live the best life possible. They should still be honored even if they were not in war.
