honorable pin

On my pin, I had an American flag with three stars above the words USA that I put above the flag. I had the stars on the shield which my whole design was on coming out to show that the active soldiers, as well as the veterans, will always be stars in the USA. I wanted to show the importance of the veterans in our community and how we should always look up to them and make sure they know that we respect them and we care about them in the community. I think that Veterans day is a very important day of the year and it means a lot to me since I had family members from a long time ago that served as veterans, including my grandparents.
