Justice

On my pin, I decided to draw a silhouette of a soldier in front of the American flag. I put my design on the shield-shaped outline to show how veterans protect themselves and others. They put this imaginary shield in front of themselves showing how they will risk everything they have to protect the country. On the shield, I drew the American flag because red, white, and blue are our countries colors. Red symbolizes all the blood and war, the blue symbolizes justice, and the white shows purity, which is what all veterans have gone through. I used a silhouette of the soldier to show the darkness veterans go through but behind them, there is a brighter light they are fighting for, which in my pin is the flag. I tried to showcase all the effort veterans put in to help protect their country.
