Every Veteran, Any War

My pin follows the basic design of the American Flag, but in the section where the 50 stars are meant to occupy, I showed certain symbols that represent the various battles veterans bravely fought in. The mountain and propeller represent Operation Desert Storm that the U.S executed in Iraq. The grass is for the Vietnam war. The red and white shield is a symbol from the Korean War. The helmet is for the veterans that bravely fought for American lives in World War 2. And the blue star represents the devastating tragedy of Pearl Harbor and honors veterans’ brave response to the surprise attack. And finally, the peace sign demonstrates how all sections of the military create peace and security for Americans. Reflecting on everything the military has done for my fellow Americans, just makes me want to say, “God Bless Your Service!”
