Remembrance

While creating my pin, I wanted to use a lot of symbols and patriotic colors. The entire pin is built on a triangle, which can represent unity. There are five stars in red, white and blue, just like the stars on the flag. There are five because of the five branches of the military. Next is a heart, with the words, “We Remember,” because we need to love and appreciate the veterans who served our country. We also cannot forget about how much they have sacrificed for our country. Lastly, the word USA is scattered on the pin in red, white, and blue because the veterans always remembered how much they loved our country, and we must remember our love for our country and those who served it. With this design, I wanted to show love, respect, and thankfulness to all of our veterans and our country.
