Verterans Sacrifice Pin

For my pin, I wrote Thank you for your service, a simple phrase but all of the people in the military sacrifice so much for our freedom. They leave their families for long periods of time and they miss out on major milestones. They go fight for us and some people pay the ultimate price. Many people, unfortunately, don’t return to their families. Their families have to live without them for the rest of their lives. We need to appreciate the sacrifices that so many veterans make along with their families. I also put a flag behind the words. The flag represents what and who they sacrificed for, our country. Without them, our country would not be the same.
