Veterans Day Pin

The design of this pin is meant to display the values of those who have served or are currently serving in our country. Veterans are brave and valiant heroes who value the safety of our country above all else. The shield pin shows that our veterans are the ones keeping us safe, defending us with honor and integrity through it all. They carry with themselves the weight of our nation, united together under their one purpose. The pin shows that they can walk with pride knowing that they both fought for and shielded our country in their service. Additionally, I chose to include the 13 stripes of the American flag on the pin, representing the grounds this country started on and how far we’ve advanced since gaining our independence.
