Veteran pin project

The design is meant to express the freedom, bravery, and gratitude I have for all veterans who once served. I also would like to dedicate this to my grandpa, who once served in air traffic control. Thank you for your bravery, perseverance, and fighting for our country to keep our nation safe. Without your valor actions, our country would be ruled by enemies, and it wouldn't be a free nation. In my pin, I choose the colors red, white, and blue because white signifies purity and innocence. Red means hardiness and valor. Blue symbolizes vigilance, perseverance, and justice. I included stars to represent divine guidance and protection. Finally, the overall shape of my pin was a shield. I chose this because a shield indicates shelter from injury or trauma.
