Veteran Pin

The 50 stars on the USA flag represent the states and the 13 stripes represent the 13 colonies. Soldiers use salutes as a sign of respect to other soldiers. In my design, I have the silhouette of a saluting soldier in front of the USA flag. The flag represents the citizens of this country, and the soldier in the front represents all of the soldiers who have and are serving right now. Basically, my design is supposed to show the USA military standing in between us the citizens, and outside threats. Additionally, the soldier is saluting to show respect to all of the veterans.
