Flowers of Thanks

For my design, I focused on using flowers. The types of flowers I used were red poppies, red roses, and daisies. I included these flowers because I found out that each has a special meaning for our veterans and I wanted to express everyone's gratitude to them using my pin design. Each shows how much we all appreciate their service to everyone. By doing so I added red poppies because it’s a classic flower that represents Veterans day. The flower represents the people who sacrifice their lives to protect our country. The red roses because their color really pops and represents different meanings. Red embodies passion, boldness, and bravery which in my opinion represents veterans quite well. Finally, I added a daisy because it represents purity and innocence which is something that we appreciate the veterans who have protected our county to keep our purity and innocence.
