The True Sacrifice

This pin summed up what i believe is the best way to display the Army's service. I think my pin is an excellent representation of the service the veterans have served for our country. While building this, I thought about what it really meant to be a veteran, and I put my best effort to display this. I put the cross to represent the Pledge of Allegiance where we say “ Under God”. I put an eagle to represent our freedom. I added guns to display that freedom wasn't free. And, I added a jet to represent the Air force and other equipment that was blown up at Pearl Harbor. Finally, I added the American flag which the veterans fought for: our freedom!
