Veterans Are Heros

My pin is a circle with a battleship and the words “I served our country” because I want veterans to be proud that they served in the armed forces.These men and women fought for our country and they are special. They should feel that way. They risk their lives every day! It is red, white, and blue because those are the colors of the American flag. Veterans are definitely American. Veterans day is a day to remember these valiant fighters.
