Veterans Pin

There are many ways that veterans deserve to be honored and I am going to tell you a few of them. They should be honored because they protect us and the world. They also help to make our country free. They put their lives on the line to help save ours. They risk their lives for us. They leave their families to fight and some do not return. They deserve much more than just being honored. I am so appreciative for everyone that has served to protect us. On my veterans pin I added a star. Then I added words that say “Thank you for your service.” I chose blue for the star because it resembles the blue surrounding the stars. I chose red for the base pin because it resembles the stripes on the flag. I chose white for the letters because it resembles the stars on the flag.
