The star on my pin is blue because blue stands for open spaces, freedom, intuition, imagination, inspiration, and sensitivity. The red heart represents sacrifice, danger, and courage. The white letters on my star stand for purity and innocence. My pin is made to show that we notice what our veterans do and we appreciate them.
