You should honor veterans because they sacrifice their lives just so we can live our own lives, veterans also have to go through rough times. The symbols I made were a star and a cross. I did a star, because it resembles our country. I did a cross because God is always there for you during the rough times. The colors I chose are red, blue, and white. I chose red because red denotes courage, zeal, and fortitude. Blue is symbolic of loyalty, vigilance, perseverance, and truth. And white because White alludes to deeds worth of remembrance.
