Veterans

Veterans should be honored because the Veterans fought in wars. Veterans could have fought during World War l or World War ll. Veterans should also be honored because they show the bravery these veterans have for our country and world. I put a strip on my pin to represent the lines on the American flag, which represents the 13 colonies. I put a star on my pin to represent the stars on the American flag, which represents the 50 states. I chose to use white because it symbolizes the acts worth remembering, like World War ll the soldiers that went over to Europe to help end the war. I chose to use red because it symbolizes the courage, passion, and bravery that these veterans had to go fight with other countries with their life on the line.
