By recognizing and honoring these Veterans, we allow generations of families and friends to understand, appreciate, and have a small glimpse into the sacrifices these fine men and women have given to the United States. I chose to put America on my pin because I wanted to honor the veterans. I know them to know that I am thankful for them. I choose white because white is a good color and matches its most of the things. I also choose red for its color in general and the way it looks
