Veterans Day Pin

I created this design on my veterans day pin because I thought there should be a star as the base because to me, a star symbolizes courage and boldness. When I think of a star, I think of a candle burning brightly in the darkness, it shines brightly, it is hope. Each veteran has fought in some war, and they gave America hope. Each burned brightly in the darkness of war. And the quote that I put on my star “America without her soldiers would be like God without his angels”-Claudia Pemberton. To me, this means that our soldiers are our angels on Earth. We need men and women who are willing to fight bravely for America. Burn like a candle, and trust in God.
