Veteran Star Pin

The base of my pin is a black star that has a red poppy design in the middle, the poppy flower is a symbol of sacrifice worn by Americans in honor of those who have served for our country and died. Then there are red, white, and blue stripes coming out of the top left and right of the poppy to represent a metal of honor and to represent the American flag. There is also a white cross at the top of the star and the words "thank" and "you" in red on the middle left and right area of the star. Lastly, there is the word "veteran" in white along the bottom of the star.
