Pin description

My pin shows a flag, a veteran, and the color green. The reason why I chose to to add a flag to my pin was to represent freedom and liberty. The flag's 13 red and white stripes represent the original 13 colonies and the 50 stars on the flag represent the 50 states. The veteran on my pin represents all of the veterans who have helped our country. The veteran also represents all of the lives that were lost during any wars. Lastly, the color green on the flag represents the recognition of any veterans and “greenlight” (which means national support) them forward as valued members of our communities.
