Honoring Veterans Pin Design

My pin has a white star on it with the words "Courage", "Commitment", "Integrity", "Loyalty", and "Honor", as the five traits that are most common in all soldiers. The base of the pin is a circle, to symbolize the unity of America. The background of the pin is red, symbolizing the revolution that the United States was born from. The star is white, symbolizing hope in the darkest of times. The words on it are blue, to represent perseverance. These three colors are also symbolic of the pride that the veterans carry of the American flag. There are also five yellow stars representing the strength that the soldiers and veterans bring to the country. The design of the pin is kept simple to signify the simple but determined loyalty and devotion of the soldiers to our country.
