I really want to show veterans that we care and honor them, that they are important. So, I took the veterans pin challenge headfirst. The first color I used was blue. Blue represents their unwavering loyalty to our country. Then I used white, which represents their good deeds that are worthy of remembrance. Red was used for their amazing courage that is so strong that it turns to fortitude which is something that they have mastered and used greatly. My final color is gold. Gold is their achievement throughout all that they have been through, from the many wars, to protecting their homestead, they are achievers that do so much! For shapes, I used shields to represent their offer for protection, which they give selflessly. I also used wings which means their freedom. I think that this pin means so much not just to us, but to veterans, too.
