The Amazing Veterans

My veteran pin’s base is blue because the color blue symbolizes loyalty, perseverance, and truth. My stars are gold because gold represents achievement, dignity, and honor. The American flag has six stars because there are six different branches of the military. The heart is pink because the color pink represents love. I chose a shield because shields represent providing safety and shelter and defending our country. Also, the shield is red. white, and blue because those colors represent freedom. Lastly, I have laurel wreaths holding the shield because laurel wreaths have been associated with honor and victory.
