Veteran Appreciation

For my pin I wanted to focus on one specific branch of the military but show all of them. The color scheme I picked was black for strength and authority, white for purity, blue for perseverance and loyalty, and yellow stars for joy and happiness. The shield symbolizes protection because the military protects us and it also represents respect since we have so much respect for the soldiers. The six stars were made to show all six branches of the military and also positivity that Veterans show so much of. The anchor was made not just to symbolize the navy but to also show hope and security. It was made to show the honor and bravery that not just the navy but every branch of the military shows everyday. I hope this pin is able to express the gratitude and respect shown to Veterans everywhere.
