Attitude of Gratitude

My shield-shaped badge displays a banner of gratitude overlaying a bald eagle outline, which together symbolises protection, strength and a fighter spirit. I wanted to recognise and show thanks to members of all branches for their honourable and brave service in protecting our country and freedoms, so I included symbols representing them all. It includes golden stars and lightening bolts to represent power. The colors chosen represent the red, white and blue of our flag, Old Glory, which itself symbolises freedom and liberty globally.
