Honor Flag

I chose to do a flag representing many different things. I included planes, stars, and a heart that says vets on it that is short for veterans. I chose to put planes on my pin because a family friend of ours is retiring from the air force and I got to hear really cool stories he told me. Then the 50 stars represent the 50 states and I chose a heart because the vets should be very appreciated by people for the work they’ve done. I chose to do a flag because one of the most seen pictures is army men raising up a flagpole in symbol of wars that were fought. I think that everyone should show gratitude towards our veterans for what they’ve sacrificed. To sum up, I think that Veterans day is very meaningful and should be recognized by everyone. That’s why I have made this pin.
