Days Of Old

The pin that I have designed, titled Days Of Old, represents the origins of wartime with the inclusion of two silver, clashing swords. It also represents the more modern part of war with the inclusion of a star and saluting soldier. The star represents a real military achievement medal, such as the Bronze Service Star, which represents a particular campaign that a soldier is apart of. The saluting soldier represents the pride a soldier or veteran shows for their country and their service. I chose green as the main color for the pin design to represent the main color of uniforms, weapons, and vehicles of the military. I chose the colors red and blue for the star and center USA of the pin to represent the colors of the US flag.
