There are many different ways to respect veterans by symbols, colors,animals, and patterns. star patterns represent positivity, happiness, and renewal. There are also many different symbols like a heart that means a service member has greatly sacrificed themselves, or paid the ultimate price, while in the line of duty, a purple heart means bravery. The colors yellow and black mean knowledge, and honor. There are some animals that represent respect towards the US military like the goat. The goat represents a tough warrior mentality. A bull dog represents determination, strength, and courage. A horse represents independence, freedom, nobleness, endurance, confidence, triumph, heroism, and competition. I appreciate veterans because they gave me and the people in the US freedom. I am forever grateful for what the veterans have done and without them America would not be as great as it is today.
