On my veterans pin I put the word Marines on it, and a heart attached to the M. The reason I made it for the Marines is because I think that the Marines are an important branch and I also thought about being in the Marines. The reason I made the words yellow is because the color yellow symbolizes joy, happiness, and hope. The reason I chose to color the heart red is because the color symbolizes sacrifice, danger, and courage.
