M1 Helmet Pin

A pin for all veterans who served, both enlisted and drafted, and taken the time out of their lives for peace in our world. The pin is designed to be a circle like any ordinary pin. But this isn’t any ordinary pin. It’s a circle because they are any ordinary person, but the only difference is that their patriotic act as a soldier allows freedom to spread throughout the Earth. This is why the American flag is on the pin. The helmet is to represent the soldier, but since the soldier isn’t in the helmet, it goes back to the idea of visually being an ordinary human being, but they really aren’t. The jet is to symbolize those who served in the air force, and the naval ship is to represent the navy. Although there aren't more branches present, they’re still honored.
