Honoring Veteran Pin

My design is for veterans to feel appreciated by the stars and chevrons. My pin shows how we honor the veterans who have served and protected our country. The reason why I choose gold on the chevrons is to show achievement and honor in protecting our country. I also picked colors like red, white, and blue to show the freedom and liberty the veterans have given us. The reason why I choose chevrons is because it is an ancient symbol meaning protection. Lastly, the reason I chose a star, was because I wanted to show the veteran appreciation for the service of protecting our country, which the star means.
