Veteran Appreciation Challenge

My pin is about the sacrifice that the veterans made to protect our country. The blue on the pin symbolizes justice and perseverance. The stars represent the stars on the flag and the 50 states that are part of the United States. Veterans left the comfort of their own homes to help our country reach the freedom we wanted and deserved. They risked their lives to protect us and that means everything. We owe our lives to our veterans. Many of them died serving our country and others severely injured. The shooting star on the pin resembles their hard work and how special they truly are to the United States. Thank you for your service, veterans! Your sacrifice will always be admired and remembered.
