I wanted to design something simple but meaningful. I included the gold star to represent the veterans who have died during service so we never forget them and we honor then. The other colors of the pin are red and blue. The pin is in the shape of a heart to demonstrate a heartfelt thank you for everything that veterans have scarified for their country and for securing our freedom.
