My pin design looks like an eagle to represent the freedom and courage that our veterans have given us. I made the pin to look like a veterans medal. The star represents the stars on the US flag, and also that with the protection veterans have given us, we have the freedom to dream. The color gold represents the honor that veterans have. The red symbolizes valor, and the blue symbolizes perseverance.
