my veterans day pin design

I designed my pin this way because I added a red poppy and red poppies are a symbol of death, and peace. Then the “ Thank you Veterans “ on my pin is just me saying thank you to all of the men and women who have served and are still serving. Also the stripes of the American flag represent the original 13 Colonies and the stars represent the 50 states of the Union. The colors of the flag are symbolic as well: red symbolizes hardiness and valor, white symbolizes purity and innocence, and blue represents vigilance, perseverance and justice. I have so much appreciation for veterans and that's how and why I designed my pin this way. Thank You.
