Thanks You Vets

My pin shows my appreciation to veterans. I used certain colors and designs to represent the veterans. I used the color navy blue for the base of my pin because it represents the Navy or Coast guard, it’s meant for the Vietnam era. It also represents the flag. I used the color green for “Thank You” because green is the color of hope, renewal, and well-being, the term greenlight also means to move forward. The purple heart is meant to honor George Washington, the purple heart is meant to honor his memory and respect his military achievements. The blue star is meant for one family member serving in the armed forces. The gold star is meant to represent a family member that was killed or died during the period of hostiles.
