Happy Veterans Day Pin

For Veterans Day I designed a pin to show my appreciation towards that special group of people that we call veterans. On my pin there are many things going on however it all makes sense, for example, the text box says “thank you, vets, for everything that has been done”. This clearly is there showing my thanks to any veteran that links eyes with my pin. The smiley face is there to give an upbeat feel to the pin. As some know, Veterans Day is one of celebration but also mourning. I thought that including an element that signifies happiness was necessary for others to realize that we are thankful and happy for the world we have of these special people.
