The Pin of Gratitude

I made my pin the way I did because the heart is how the ones we lost will always be in our hearts. The circle stands for our ever going respect for veterans. The colors are for the flag and the flag stands for our country and everything we live for. This is very important because my great grandfather was in the military although I did not get to meet him. I think there is a little piece of him in me and I want to make him proud. This is also important to me because I think that Veterans deserve to be appreciated. This is why I made my pin the way I did and why it is important.
