What Veterans Stand For Veterans should be honored every day because they sacrifice their lives for us to be able to have a life. We all should be thankful for veterans even if our parents and grandparents weren’t. Lastly, that is why we should honor veterans. First, one of the symbols I used were the stars. The stars mean all the 50 states of the USA. The second symbol I used was red strips that stand for hardiness and valor. The third symbol I chose was the blue and white of the US flag which stands for pure intentions and high ideals and the blue represents vigilance and justice. The colors that I chose for my pin are red, white and blue. The red stands for hardiness and valor. The white stands for purity and innocence. Lastly the color blue stands for vigilance, perseverance, and justice.
