3D pin essay Veterans should be honored every day. They fought for our freedom and peace. They also made great sacrifices by putting their safety at risk. Not only did they have a greater possibility of losing two lives, the one they could have had and the one they chose to have. In the pin I created I used many symbols, some are the U.S flag to represent the struggles we had fighting for our independence and how we overcame all of those struggles. Another symbol I used were stars, the stars represent the fifty states. Lastely, the stripes represent the original thirteen colonies. The colors I use also have meaning. The red represents the veterans' love for the country. Blue represents our freedom and how hard our veterans worked to keep it that way. And finally, gold represents the competition our veterans have for our country.
