Veterans Pin Essay

In my pin I have chosen to add symbols and colors that will represent the veterans. Two symbols that I have added are a star and a heart. I chose the star because it represents a member serving. I chose the heart because it shows a service member that has greatly sacrificed their lives for our country. Some colors that I have chosen are black, white, red, and blue. I chose black because it is an indicator of determination and constancy. I chose red because it denotes courage, zeal, and fortitude. I chose blue because it is symbiotic of loyalty, vigilance, perseverance, and truth. And lastly I chose white because it alludes to deeds worth of remembrance.
