My Veterans Pin

I think veterans should be honored because they gave us freedom. They also are courageous. They also have to leave their families to join the military. I chose to put a heart in my design to show the veterans that we love them. I also put a poppy in it to show remembrance. I also put stars to symbolize happiness. I put text to tell the vets that we are thankful for them. My veterans pin has red, white, and blue in its design. These colors are supposed to symbolize the American flag. I put the gold ring on the outside to show that were 1st.
