Thankful For Our Heroes!

The pin I have designed is meant to be sported by all Veterans. The pin in whole resembles the honor and respect that we have for the people who served our country. It has a sky blue background, resembling the blue behind our stars on the American flag. Next, there are red colored stars, to represent the stripes of red and also the blood we lost in gruesome battles. The stars are there to stand for the people who cannot stand with us today. The bold white letters correspond to the bright stars of our fifty states. They spell out “Thank You Veterans” to show our gratitude. Under the text is a laurel wreath, an ancient Roman design. It symbolizes triumph and success. Our Veterans are the reason our flags fly. This is a true victory. To conclude, this badge honors Veterans and I hope they can display it proudly.
