Pins for veterans

Veterans day is a big celebration that only happens once a year. It is celebrated on November eleventh because it originated on the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month when they signed a treaty to end WW1. Because it is a big celebration we want to make it really special for all of our veterans. Here at the middle school we were informed of a pin challenge where we create a 3d pin that veterans wear. I chose to make a pin that veterans would be proud to wear. In my design it has a red background and words that read thank you vets. It also has an elevated rim with a laurel wreath to really make whoever is wearing it feel honored. Plus it includes two American flags to add a nice touch and help the pin feel three dimensional and give it depth.
