Veterans Pin Submission XE

I kept my pin simple to make sure that it doesn’t look chaotic. I am honoring all veterans with my pin. I used a five-pointed star to represent the five military branches- Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, and Coast Guard. I used the color red to represent the blood spilled in combat, and to represent the courageous spirit that veterans have to protect the country. The color blue represents the freedom gained because of the service veterans provide, and the emotions that veterans and their families have to endure while on service. The star is on the inside of the red and blue colors to show that all branches of the military have to endure the same emotions, hardship, and time away from family.
