Veteran Pin Submission

Our veterans have always protected our freedom and given us the rights we enjoy today. While these liberties have become part of our everyday lives, we need to ensure we remember those who earned them for us and the cost they came at by honoring our veterans. My pin features a circular background of the red and white stripes of the American flag. There are 13, both mirroring the flag and representing the original colonies. Affixed on that is a second, smaller circle, with a corner devoted to the blue backdrop and white stars of our flag. Within the inner circle are the words, “Thank you for your service.” This phrase expresses the need to recognize and thank our veterans, starting into the massive debt of gratitude we owe these heroes of our nation.
