Thanks All Veterans

I made the pin with the intention of including all veterans in the US dead or alive. So I decided to put four people on the top of the pin, two of which are female and the other two male. I did this to show that all of them are equals no matter their gender. I also put poppies in the background as a symbol of remembrance for the fallen veterans. I didn't want to make the pin specific to one singular branch so I made the shield the colors of the flag to represent the eternity of the US veterans. To make the American flag background somewhat authentic, I placed exactly fifty stars on the blue part to pay homage to the flag. In between the red and white parts of the pin, there is a white stripe that reads “Thank you veterans” For a simple Thank you.
